Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou, the oldest of her four siblings, was born on August 8, 1976 in Beaumont Puy-de Domme. The actress was inspired by her parents, dentist and a teacher and both of them were teachers. They encouraged her to pursue her interest in theatre. It was in stark contrast to an earlier desire to pursue a career as a primateologist since she loved monkeys. As a young woman the rise to fame was swift and ended with initial success. Her career began in earnest in 1999, when she started acting professionally. After her studies, Tautou was a participant in the French TV show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers. Tautou was born into a Catholic home, and was a member of the religious services, despite having was a student at school at the Institut Catholique de Paris. She pursued a career in modeling alongside her acting career and is the face of L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel is often called the Chanel Muse. Photographing is also a passion and she recently exhibited her work at the Arles festival with the name Superficial. The majority of her photographs concern famous people and celebrities. Also, they include a collection of self portraits in addition. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and global fame after her first major role starring as the lead in The Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Pouulain. Amelie was a global success at the box office and was awarded awards across all over the world. It is the most successful French language film to be released in the US. Later, in the same year, she starred in British dramas including Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Jeunet Un long dimanche de fiancailles. After that, Tautou went to Hollywood to work in Hollywood, where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
