Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci (Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej currently Onesti) Romanian Gymnast born November 12, 1961. She was the first Romanian to score a of 10 at the Olympic competition. Comaneci was discovered by Bela Karolyi who was later her Romanian gymnastics coach at the time she was six years old. Her first competition was in the national junior championships which she was 13th place in the year 1969. In 1970, Comaneci took home the title. In her 1972 first international meet in an preolympics junior event for nations in the Communist bloc, she won 3 gold medals. In 1973 and 1975 she was crowned all-around Junior Champion. Her first senior competition in the year 1975, she defeated Russian Lyudmila Turkishcheva, the five-time European champion who won four gold medals and one silver. She won the American Cup in New York City in 1976 becoming the first woman to perform a reverse double salto, which is dismounting from the uneven bars parallel to each other. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. As a teenager Carol Wayne started working in the entertainment business as a performer as a figure skater. Together with her younger brother Nina Wayne she was part of a traveling show called Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne is a US citizen born September 6 1942, in Chicago Illinois. Carol entered the entertainment industry when she was in her teens. She started her career performing figure skating along with Nina Wayne, her younger sister as part of traveling entertainment shows Ice Capades. They featured dramatic skating on ice shows.

Ashley Madekwe is an English actress since December 6th, 1981. Ashley Madekwe (born 6 December 1981) is an actress from England. Her father, a Nigerian-Swiss national, and mother are both English.
