Felicity is a British actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones has been an actor since the age of 12, has appeared in many TV series and movies. Her career began with the film on television The Treasure Seekers. Following that, she appeared on The Worst Witch as Ethel Hallow and in Weirdsisters College. In her film debut Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to feature in several movies. For instance, in The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 the actress was a star for her role. However it was her role in The Theory of Everything' which earned her the Oscar nomination for the very first time. Jones in her role as Stephen Hawking's wife in this biopic based on the author's life, was well-received both by critics and viewers. The film was followed by Inferno a thriller starring Tom Hanks. Jones was named British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles for her exceptional talent and contributions in cinema.
